On May 20th, the 120th Youth Academic Salon of the Chinese Society of Mechanics was held in Xi'an. This activity was hosted by the Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, and undertaken by School of Aerospace Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, and the State Key Laboratory of Mechanical Structure Strength and Vibration. More than 100 scientific researchers from multiple universities and research institutes across the country participated in this academic salon. During the period, participants had active academic communication. After the meeting, participants visited the State Key Laboratory and discussed the research direction and main achievements of the Soft Machine Laboratory, Fluid mechanics Laboratory, and MTS Strength Laboratory.
